- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory control measures
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high quality standards
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and operations
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
