Join Pengiklan Anonim, a key distributor of trusted food & beverage brands across Indonesia's General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Foodservice channels. We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to optimize our Tangerang operations and ensure seamless logistics flow. In this contract role, you'll lead warehouse teams, implement inventory control systems, and maintain operational excellence in a dynamic supply chain environment. This position offers the opportunity to impact Indonesia's growing food distribution industry while developing leadership skills in logistics management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant work environments
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in FMCG or distribution
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Proven leadership skills with team supervision experience
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical requirements
