Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through task delegation, performance monitoring, and training
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent loss
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with warehouse regulations
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency and space utilization
- Prepare operational reports on inventory levels, productivity metrics, and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in inventory reconciliation and cycle counting
