Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations for after-sales service, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team through training, performance monitoring, and motivation
- Coordinate international logistics partnerships to optimize parts distribution and returns processing
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols, compliance standards, and operational efficiency metrics
- Manage stock levels, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in after-sales service or manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Experience coordinating international logistics and supply chain operations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
