Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient task execution
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely transportation of materials
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or logistics supervision experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
