Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock tracking and reconciliation
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Enforce safety standards and implement OHS compliance measures
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/supply chain management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- Forklift certification and safety compliance knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/logistics processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
