Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure efficient transportation and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reporting systems
- Develop and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse software
- Ability to optimize warehouse layouts and operational workflows
- Experience implementing safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
