- Plan and coordinate the shipment and distribution of goods to customers across various areas
- Manage and optimize the loading process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the warehouse to prevent accidents
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of warehouse staff
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
