Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and space utilization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records and reports
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
