Join Napan Persada as a Warehouse Supervisor (Non-Finish Goods) and lead the backbone of our supply chain operations. In this critical role, you will oversee all warehouse activities including the receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of stock levels and maintain efficient operational workflows. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, implement best practices for safety and efficiency, and collaborate with other departments to meet production and distribution targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock level reconciliation
- Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of safety and productivity
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures and systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational demands
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory software
