Join Indofood's dynamic logistics team as Warehouse Supervisor - Shipping & Receiving Section, where you'll drive operational excellence in our Padalarang facility. This critical role ensures seamless transaction flow, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and security of all warehouse activities. You'll safeguard company assets while optimizing inventory processes to meet production demands. As a key leader in our manufacturing and supply chain operations, you'll implement best practices for safety, efficiency, and resource utilization. The position requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration across departments to maintain Indofood's reputation for quality and reliability in Indonesia's competitive food manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely processing of all transactions
- Coordinate inventory control activities including stock verification, cycle counting, and reconciliation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, security measures, and warehouse operational procedures
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance monitoring, and task delegation
- Optimize storage systems and material handling equipment for maximum efficiency
- Prepare operational reports including inventory levels, shipment status, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Proven leadership skills in team development and operational coordination
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
