Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance coaching and training programs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and transportation departments for seamless operations
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
- Experience implementing process improvements and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
