Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming/outgoing orders with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate marketplace fulfillment across e-commerce platforms
- Generate daily/weekly operational performance reports
- Optimize warehouse inventory tracking and stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational alignment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Implement process improvements for workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills for report generation
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
