Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using proper warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling, storing, and shipping products
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse operations is a plus
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
