- Develop, implement, and continuously improve warranty claim policies and procedures
- Review, assess, and authorize warranty claim settlements with precision and efficiency
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to service providers on claim processes and documentation
- Investigate complex claim disputes and provide technical support to service centers
- Analyze claim trends to identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with product teams to identify warranty-related product issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive warranty claims or after-sales management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical documentation and claim data
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Singapore's automotive warranty regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment in claim settlement decisions
