Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process end-to-end warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty-related transactions and documentation.
- Oversee inventory management for spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Conduct thorough vehicle detailing inspections to ensure quality standards are met prior to turnover.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to expedite claim resolutions.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to customers regarding their warranty status.
- Prepare regular reports on warranty performance and parts consumption for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in automotive repair or vehicle detailing is a distinct advantage.
- High school diploma or vocational degree; college degree is a plus.
