Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor waste heat boiler systems to maintain optimal pressure, temperature, and flow parameters
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and calibration of boiler components and auxiliary equipment
- Execute safety protocols and emergency shutdown procedures during abnormal operating conditions
- Monitor and analyze boiler performance data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Document operational logs, maintenance activities, and incident reports in compliance with ISO standards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical and control system issues
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and emission control standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial boilers or heat recovery systems
- Certification in boiler operation from a recognized technical institution (e.g., BNSP certified)
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer principles, and pressure systems
- Proficiency in reading P&IDs, control schematics, and technical manuals
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a high-temperature industrial environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and K3 certificates
- Intermediate English communication skills for technical documentation
