In this role, you will be the guardian of our digital storefront, ensuring that every product page, promotional banner, and marketing campaign is optimized for performance, visual consistency, and a seamless user experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, update, and maintain e-commerce website content, ensuring accuracy across all product listings and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, banners, and seasonal visuals.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve site navigation and user interface (UI) to boost conversion rates.
- Perform regular QA audits to ensure all links, images, and content elements are functioning correctly across devices.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure all digital assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements.
- Analyze user behavior and traffic metrics to suggest data-driven content optimizations.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely updates for all marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce content management or digital content administration.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom enterprise solutions.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is highly preferred for fine-tuning page layouts.
- Strong attention to detail with an eagle eye for typos, layout inconsistencies, and image resolution issues.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices.
