This is an opportunity to drive the product strategy and execution for our core web platforms, supporting the accounting and financial needs of Garena, SeaMoney, and Shopee.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for web-based financial tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding designers, engineers, and data analystsâto deliver high-quality features on time.
- Gather, prioritize, and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders and end-users to ensure business alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and product gaps.
- Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs) and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear communication of goals to the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on web products or fintech applications.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable product decisions.
- Experience using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Aha!.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
