- Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients seeking wedding bands and premium jewelry.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective follow-ups and CRM management.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising to reflect the luxury brand image.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on jewelry craftsmanship, quality, and design.
- Handle inventory management, including stock counts and maintenance of display security.
- Ensure smooth store operations and support team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
- Adhere to brand policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-end retail (Luxury Goods, Fashion, Cosmetics, Airline, or hospitality sectors).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a premium retail environment.
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a luxury brand representative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work a 6-day work week in the vibrant Orchard retail setting.
- Strong passion for luxury jewelry and wedding retail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy.
