Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, style preferences, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with a diverse network of vendors, including photographers, caterers, florists, and venues, to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop comprehensive wedding itineraries and manage the schedule on the day of the event to ensure everything runs on time.
- Monitor expenses and maintain accurate records to ensure the wedding stays within the allocated budget.
- Handle on-site problem-solving to address any last-minute changes or unexpected challenges with grace.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify setup details and ensure high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or the wedding industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design and aesthetics.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for site visits.
