We are seeking a passionate and professional Wedding Sales, Proposal & Vendor Coordinator to join the Bali Kami Tour family. You will leverage your sales expertise to close deals, craft compelling wedding proposals, and manage relationships with our diverse network of high-quality vendors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand wedding vision, budget, and requirements.
- Develop and present detailed wedding proposals, including timelines, budgets, and vendor selections.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads to secure bookings.
- Coordinate closely with vendors (photographers, caterers, florists, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare necessary legal documentation.
- Represent the company at bridal fairs and industry networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event coordination is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful memories.
