- Operate and maintain weighbridge equipment for accurate vehicle weighing
- Record and verify weight data with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports for management review
- Inspect vehicles and cargo for compliance with safety standards
- Manage driver interactions with professional communication skills
- Maintain digital and physical records of all transactions
- Collaborate with logistics team on inventory reconciliation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in weighbridge operations
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping systems
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations in industrial settings
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience with farm/agricultural operations advantageous
