Tanggung Jawab
- Operate various welding equipment (SMAW, TIG, MIG) to join metal parts and fabricate components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine welding requirements.
- Perform quality control inspections on welds to ensure structural integrity, smoothness, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain welding machinery and tools in excellent working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate effectively with the production and assembly teams to meet project deadlines and production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Welding, Fabrication, or Metalwork.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in industrial welding or furniture manufacturing.
- Valid certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of metal properties and different welding methods.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and working in various weather conditions.
