Tanggung Jawab
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, or Arc) to fabricate and repair metal components.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly.
- Monitor welding processes to ensure optimal heat penetration and seam strength.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding machinery to ensure peak operational performance.
- Perform quality control inspections on finished welds to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations (K3).
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets and project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or relevant vocational training in Welding or Metal Engineering.
- Proven professional experience as a Welder Operator or similar fabrication role.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various industrial conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Relevant welding certifications are considered a significant advantage.
