Tanggung Jawab
- Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions for employees
- Develop and facilitate mental health workshops and wellness programs
- Conduct crisis intervention and trauma-informed support
- Design and implement proactive wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR on workplace mental health strategies
- Monitor and report on employee wellbeing metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- License to practice psychology in the Philippines (PRC)
- Minimum 1 year counseling experience (internship/volunteer accepted)
- Training in crisis intervention and trauma support
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Familiarity with workplace mental health best practices
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards
