Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of Wellness Screening services, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and improve service quality
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of wellness staff
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to integrate wellness screening with broader healthcare services
- Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
- Analyze operational data and implement improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations management
- Proven track record in managing wellness programs or preventive healthcare services
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across departments
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards in Malaysia
