Join Accor as a Wellness & Lifestyles Manager and transform our guests' experiences through innovative wellness programs. You will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of holistic fitness, wellness, and lifestyle initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and align with Accor's luxury hospitality standards. This role requires strategic vision to create signature experiences including yoga retreats, fitness workshops, and cultural wellness activities that reflect Bali's unique heritage. You'll collaborate with spa, F&B, and event teams to deliver integrated wellness journeys while maintaining operational excellence and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will drive program innovation, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee budget execution for wellness facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive wellness programs including fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, and lifestyle workshops
- Manage fitness facilities, equipment, and spa partnerships to ensure premium guest experiences
- Develop strategic partnerships with local wellness practitioners and cultural influencers
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead wellness events, retreats, and seasonal campaigns aligned with guest demographics
- Train and supervise wellness staff while maintaining service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage wellness program budgets and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Science, or Wellness-related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in wellness/lifestyle management within luxury hospitality
- Professional certifications in fitness instruction (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training)
- Proven experience developing and managing wellness program budgets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Balinese culture and wellness traditions preferred
