We are seeking a passionate and strategic Wellness Manager to lead our employee wellbeing initiatives in Pasig City. As our Wellness Manager, you will build and execute a holistic wellbeing strategy that encompasses mental health support, physical wellness programs, and cultural engagement. From managing our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to launching exciting fitness challenges and resilience workshops, your initiatives will directly influence retention, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a company-wide wellness strategy that aligns with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Manage and promote Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), providing resources for mental health, financial wellness, and legal support.
- Design engaging health campaigns, fitness challenges, and nutritional programs to promote physical wellbeing.
- Lead culture-building activities, team engagement events, and recognition programs to boost morale.
- Analyze employee feedback, health data, and industry trends to continuously refine wellness offerings.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the wellness budget.
- Advise leadership on best practices for ergonomics, work-from-home setups, and occupational health.
- Ensure all wellness programs comply with local regulations and promote inclusivity across the diverse workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness program management, employee engagement, or a related role, ideally within a BPO, call centre, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful wellness initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of mental health practices, crisis intervention, and EAP frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable program improvements.
- Certification in Wellness Coaching (CWC), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), or similar is a strong advantage.
- High level of empathy, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with compassion.
