Tanggung Jawab
- Administer wellness treatments, including IV vitamin infusions, vitamin booster injections, and other clinical therapies safely and professionally.
- Conduct thorough pre-treatment health assessments, measuring vital signs and reviewing client medical histories.
- Consult with clients to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate IV therapies or wellness packages.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and safety are maintained throughout the clinic at all times.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date digital medical records for all clients.
- Monitor inventory of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and emergency equipment, reporting shortages as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
Kualifikasi
- Associate Degree or Bachelorās Degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan).
- Must possess an active and valid registration certificate (STR - Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Minimum of 1ā2 years of clinical nursing experience; prior experience in a wellness clinic, beauty clinic, or luxury spa environment is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional proficiency in peripheral IV cannulation (IV insertion) and phlebotomy.
- Strong communication skills, with conversational English proficiency preferred to assist international clients in Bali.
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a strong focus on high-end hospitality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to match club operational needs.
