Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary Brand Ambassador, providing a warm welcome and expert product guidance to all customers.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to ensure a premium sanctuary atmosphere.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and manage daily cash reporting.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of all wellness products, ingredients, and benefits to educate guests.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report on popular product trends to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English to serve a diverse clientele.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the core values of Reload Sanctuary.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and provide 'concierge-level' service.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Proactive problem-solver who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
