- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the best wellness products to meet their specific needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize store shelves and maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe shopping environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products promptly to prevent stock shortages.
- Participate in structured paid training programs to learn product features, benefits, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
- Uphold brand standards by representing De Castro Consulting in a professional and positive manner.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not strictly required.
