Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for cloud accounting? BruntWork is seeking a highly skilled WFH Accountant to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will act as a financial anchor for our clients, ensuring their books are pristine, compliant, and optimized for growth.
You will leverage your deep expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to manage complex workflows, reconciliations, and financial reporting. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a work-from-home environment and is comfortable communicating complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform daily or weekly bank and credit card reconciliations within QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for client review.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Maintain clean, organized financial records and document all accounting processes.
- Identify discrepancies or financial inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial reporting and data accuracy.
- Support clients during year-end audit preparations and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience as an Accountant with deep proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and fundamental accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote client management.
- High level of technical proficiency with cloud-based tools (Excel, Google Workspace, Project Management software).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying transactional errors.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with varying requirements simultaneously.
