Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all financial operations for Australian e-commerce division including month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage and mentor a remote finance team to ensure high performance and development
- Oversee Xero implementation, optimization, and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for financial transactions and reporting
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support business decision-making
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting workflows
Kualifikasi
- CA/CPA certification (or equivalent international qualification)
- Xero certification with proven implementation experience
- Minimum 5 years in financial controller or senior accounting role
- Team management experience (minimum 2 years leading finance teams)
- Strong understanding of Australian e-commerce financial regulations
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
