In this critical role, you'll manage end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable, multi-currency reconciliations, and payroll processing using Xero and Cin7 platforms. You'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from Metro Manila while collaborating with international teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor relationship management
- Perform multi-currency reconciliations for international transactions and bank accounts
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursements using Xero and Cin7
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for stakeholders
- Monitor financial controls, compliance with accounting standards, and internal procedures
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and Cin7 accounting software
- Expert knowledge of multi-currency accounting and international payment systems
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
