Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Develop and maintain robust cost accounting models to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial controls.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial systems audits and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data across operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial controller roles or senior accounting positions.
- Proven expertise in ERP system management (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency in cost accounting and financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Demonstrated experience working in remote, cross-cultural, or global team environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical implementations within a financial context.
