- Own end-to-end provider enrollment process for state payors
- Manage credentialing applications from submission to approval
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve credentialing issues
- Ensure compliance with state-specific healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate provider credentialing documentation
- Track and monitor credentialing application status
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless provider onboarding
- Renew and update provider credentials proactively
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years US medical billing and credentialing experience
- Proficiency in state payor credentialing processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Proficient in credentialing software and MS Office
- Knowledge of provider enrollment documentation requirements
