Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of complex loan books and bank accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of data entries and identify discrepancies in financial statements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for Australian lending stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unallocated payments or ledger anomalies.
- Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and Australian financial reporting standards.
- Automate manual reconciliation processes using advanced Excel functions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, specifically within the lending or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Australian lending products and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
