- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Maintain and update QuickBooks Online (QBO) records with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare financial statements and reports compliant with US GAAP standards
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting with US GAAP knowledge
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Gusto payroll systems
