- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain comprehensive accounting records
- Manage GST compliance filings and regulatory documentation
- Conduct monthly sales reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy
- Prepare and submit statutory submissions to government authorities
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting or GST compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's GST regulations and statutory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
