Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily human resources operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implement and maintain performance management systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in retail or membership shopping environment is a plus
