Join S&R Membership Shopping as a Warehouse Pharmacist and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality within our membership warehouse operations. In this key position, you will be responsible for conducting daily compliance audits and thorough inspections to ensure strict adherence to BFAD (Bureau of Food and Drugs) and BAI (Bureau of Agriculture Industry) regulations. You will oversee the storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and food products, ensuring they are kept in optimal conditions to maintain potency and freshness. Collaborating closely with the quality assurance team, you will investigate any discrepancies in inventory, initiate necessary corrective actions, and maintain comprehensive documentation of all inspection logs. Your expertise will be essential in safeguarding consumer health and ensuring the integrity of our membership shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily warehouse compliance audits and inspections in strict accordance with BFAD and BAI standards.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and climate control for pharmaceuticals and food products to maintain quality and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotations to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all inspection logs, audit reports, and inventory records.
- Verify product labeling, expiration dates, and packaging integrity before storage or shipment to customers.
- Train warehouse staff on food safety protocols, storage regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Report any potential health hazards, non-compliance issues, or safety violations to management immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD) with a valid PRC ID and professional license to practice in the Philippines.
- Previous experience in warehouse management, quality assurance, or retail pharmacy operations is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of BFAD (BFAD/FAO) and BAI (Bureau of Agriculture Industry) regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough inspections and detailed audits.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and digital logs.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate and report findings to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adhere to strict safety and health protocols.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
