Are you an experienced electrician looking for a hands-on role in agriculture? We are seeking a dedicated Wireman (Farm) to join our team in Johol, Negeri Sembilan. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our farm facilities by managing electrical systems, from installation to repair. You will play a key part in our Farm Maintenance department, overseeing new projects and maintaining existing infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of agricultural electrical requirements who can work independently and as part of a team. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for farm equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in irrigation systems, lighting, and fencing.
- Perform regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with electrical standards.
- Assist in the setup of new farm infrastructure and agricultural projects.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a valid wireman license or relevant electrical qualification (e.g., IMI, TVET).
- Proven experience as a wireman, preferably within a farming or agricultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor and work at heights.
- Valid Class 3B or equivalent driving license is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
