TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Work Safety Officer to join our dynamic construction team in the Alexandra North area. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all workers on site, with a particular focus on LTA (Land Transport Authority) and SP (Sembcorp Properties) projects.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management system, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and relevant regulations. Your expertise will be essential in identifying hazards, performing risk assessments, and driving corrective actions to prevent incidents.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor the site-specific WSH plans in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and LTA/SP project requirements.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
- Maintain accurate safety records, including incident reports, inspection logs, and corrective action plans.
- Investigate workplace incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to safety standards and timely permit acquisitions.
- Deliver safety training and orientation sessions for new employees and subcontractors.
- Participate in safety audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Work Safety Officer, preferably on LTA or SP (Sembcorp Properties) construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act, regulations, and LTA/BCA guidelines.
- Certifications in risk assessment, safety auditing, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.
