- Manage and maintain the Workday Recruiting module to ensure efficient talent acquisition processes
- Configure and optimize Workday recruiting workflows, including requisitions, applications, and interviews
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define requirements and implement effective recruiting solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring data integrity
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports to provide insights and support decision-making
- Stay updated on Workday product updates and best practices for recruiting
- Assist in testing and implementation of Workday upgrades and enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Analyst with focus on Recruiting module
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and HRIS systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting module configuration and best practices
