Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Analyst with focus on Recruiting module
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and HRIS systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
