Join Allen & Overy as a Working Capital Controller and drive financial excellence through strategic working capital management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end working capital operations including billing, collections, and cash flow forecasting
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize accounts receivable and reduce DSO
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with legal and business teams to resolve payment disputes
- Prepare monthly working capital reports for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead initiatives to enhance collection efficiency and customer payment terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in working capital management
- Proven track record in billing, collections, and cash flow optimization
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in a multinational professional services environment
