Your day-to-day will involve a blend of administrative oversight, team coordination, and strategic support for our People operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional workplace for all employees.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Coordinate internal company events, team-building activities, and workplace celebrations to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support the HR and People team with administrative tasks, including onboarding logistics for new hires and document management.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and pantry inventory within the approved budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related requests, troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update workplace policies, health and safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination of executive meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communication broadcasts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and modern office management software.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Residing in or willing to work on-site in Iloilo City.
