Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety policies aligned with WSH regulations
- Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments across construction zones
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for workers and supervisors
- Manage incident reporting documentation and regulatory compliance records
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills
- Maintain safety equipment inventory and inspection schedules
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during safety audits and verifications
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- WSH Officer certification from Singapore's Ministry of Manpower
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety management
- Proficiency in Singapore's WSH Act and regulatory requirements
- Certified in first aid and emergency response procedures
- Strong analytical skills for hazard identification and risk mitigation
- Experience with safety management software (e.g., ISO 45001 systems)
- Excellent communication skills for training diverse workforces
