Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive WSH policies and procedures in compliance with Singaporean regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Deliver engaging safety training programs and workshops for marine industry personnel
- Manage safety documentation, incident reporting, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols into daily operations
- Investigate near-misses and accidents to implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- WSH Officer Certification from Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in WSH coordination within marine or heavy industries
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable
