Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs aligned with regulatory standards
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees on proper procedures and equipment usage
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's WSH regulations and company policies
- Maintain safety documentation and incident reports for audit purposes
- Collaborate with management to promote continuous safety improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Valid WSH Officer certification from Singapore Ministry of Manpower
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction safety management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and industry regulations
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse teams
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is advantageous
